To reiterate part of what I mentioned in the video, take some time over these next few weeks to find areas in your life where you are putting too much pressure on yourself. Causing yourself too much stress.
You all have big ambitions I’m sure.
That’s great! So do I.
But take a step back and determine if what you are choosing to prioritize makes sense for this time in your life.
There are times to work hard and push yourself.
But there are also times to chill and embrace calmness.
You are your harshest critic so I’m stepping in to tell you it’s okay to let yourself off the hook now and again.
Trust me, you’ll be fine.
